Candace and Keith were brought up with high expectations and an intense value system. Both of their parents had owned their own businesses and worked since they were 16 and 18 years old, so a work ethic was an important part of their upbringing. Through the years, they were taught that honesty, loyalty, and commitment would get them very far in life, especially in the business world. They have prioritized these values throughout their real estate careers.
At age 18, Keith hired Candace as his bookkeeper and 1½ years later, she became part of the family. Within 3 years of working for Keith, she learned the ins and outs of running a service station. A few years later, they purchased their own Shell Service Station in Carmichael, CA, in the Sacramento area. Candace and Keith took a destitute, run-down business from bankruptcy to maximum success. They worked 18+ hours a day, 6-7 days a week. Candace organized the front of the business, while Keith organized the mechanics at the back side of the business. Together, they were a great team. Their once-bankrupt service station business increased almost 8 times in less than 3 years, and in 2000 they sold Neighborhood Shell, where you always get Nordstrom Service and started a new life in Marin County.
Keith was an ASE certified mechanic for 20+ years. This man can fix anything! With his natural mechanical skills, he expanded his knowledge into remodeling homes. Together in Marin, Keith and Candace purchased fixer uppers to start their new career in Marin in 2000. Candace did the design and organized the projects. Keith did the remodeling and improvements. It was a business decision for Candace to get her real estate license during this time. A few years later, Keith got his real estate license, and they enhanced their business model to include project managing clients’ homes to be able to get them to look magazine ready and get top dollar results.
Today, Candace and Keith have sold millions of dollars of real estate and well over 300 homes in Marin. They also have a keen knowledge of working with international buyers, corporate relocations, and the luxury rental market. They have helped to place several families in temporary or permanent rental housing, to aid in the transition of purchasing in the Bay Area housing market. Top Award Designations include Top 100 in Sales in the SF Bay Area for Coldwell Banker since 2011, Global Luxury Property Specialists, and Coldwell Banker Realty's International President’s Elite Award consistently since 2018.

Because Marin is a close community, we have had the utmost pride in making long term business contacts with our friends, and upholding the most stringent focus on the confidentiality needed to preserve their trust in any transaction”.
Our business model has enhanced since 2022. Now, our team works together to get our clients the best results. We look forward to showing you how our team's successful system works.
